Парадигма цивілізаційного розвитку С.Подолинського, В.Вернадського, М.Руденка як майбутнє України

Abstract

У статті йдеться про українську школу фізичної економії, зокрема проблеми поєднання економічних, природничих та гуманітарних наук. Обґрунтовано положення, що у світовій енергетиці повинно статись підвищення ролі невичерпних та поновлювальних джерел енергії. Зазначено, що Україна має значний і досить потужний потенціал для нарощування виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції, оскільки у нас сприятливі природно-кліматичні умови, а також потужний людський потенціал. Ключові слова: глобальна криза, прогресивний розвиток, світова енергія, фізична економія, цивілізація.

Статья посвящена украинской школе физической экономии, в частности проблеме сочетания естественных и гуманитарных наук. Обосновано положение, что в мировой энергетике должно произойти повышение роли неисчерпаемых и возобновляемых источников энергии. Отмечено, что Украина имеет значительный и достаточно мощный потенциал для наращивания производства сельскохозяйственной продукции, поскольку у нас благоприятные природно-климатические условия, а также мощный человеческий потенциал. Ключевые слова: глобальный кризиc, прогресивное развитие, мировая энергия, физическая экономия, цивилизация.

Especially for progressive development of Ukraine as sources of human existence become achievements of representatives of Ukrainian school of physical economy – S. Podolynskyi, V.Vernadskyi, M. Rudenko. From their standpoints of intellectual acquisition, conception of representatives of Ukrainian school of physical economy looks not only beginning of classic economic idea but also as establishment fundamentally of new paradigm of economic knowledge and publicly-economic progress. The key element of the system is such object, as energy. Investigating it S. Podolynskyi went out from that a sum of universal energy is an unchanging size, at that time as in separate parts of Universe energy is up-diffused unevenly, that causes a tendency to its general balancing and gradual dispersion. A scientist argued, that it is possible useful to count that labour the result of that is an increase of power budget of Earth only . He distinguished two types of labour: that provides piling up of energy directly, and that assists it mediated. At the same time a scientist did warning that a man creates neither a matter nor energy of the labour. A power theory acquires a practical value for measuring of natural, social and economic processes by means of the system of spatial-temporal sizes. Influence of natural factors on economic processes takes place at deeper level, than influence on these processes of natural environment as an external factor. Taking into account the above-mentioned in modern Ukraine there must be the accepted strategy of economic development of society on basis: achievement of quantitative and quality distribution of different forms of energy, its maintenance, piling up and increase; permanent exceeding of birth-rate above the death rate of population; complex fight against plundering of energy of humanity.
