Показано, что ни ультрафиолетовое облучение, ни фильтрация существенно не влияют на антиксенобиотический, стресслимитирующий, экскреторный и катаболический эффекты "Нафтуси". Облучение воды не влияет на ее способность ускорять натрий- и калийурез в условиях водного диуреза, повышать содержание в тимусе лимфоидно-макрофагальных клеток, антиоксидантный и анаболический эффекты, тогда как фильтрация существенно ослабляет перечисленные эффекты. С другой стороны, фильтрация "Нафтуси" не отражается на ее влиянии на микрофагоциты крови и кору надпочечников, тогда как облучение в этом русле неблагоприятно. Облучение воды усиливает ее холеретически-абсорбционный и спленолимфопролиферативный эффекты, а также индуцирует ее антиатерогенный эффект, тогда как фильтрация не оказывает влияния на эти стороны физиологической активности "Нафтуси". Оба метода дезинфекции "Нафтуси" существенно ослабляют ее способность повышать содержание агранулоцитов в крови, фагоцитирующих и стромальных клеток в селезенке и стромальных - в тимусе.
The influence of two methods of desinfection of medical water "Naftussia", polluted by allochtone microflore - ultra-violet irradiation and ultra filtration through membrane sieve - on its physiological activity has been investigated. It has been proved, that native water "Naftussia" renders an essential saluretic action: it raises the excretion of sodium and potassion with urine and also has the antixenobiotic effect: it reduces the duration of nembutale dream and accelerates the canalicular secretion of phenolrot. At the same time, for the first time the endocrine and metabolic display of balneoactivity has been established: the increase of excretion of 17-ketosteroides with urine, the activity of alpha-amylase, alanine and asparagine transaminase of plasma, the contents of urea in it and the decrease of contents of bilirubine. The antioxidative action of "Naftussia" has been discovered, which is shown in decreasing of the contents of lipoperoxidation products (conjugates of diens and malonic dialdehyde) in plasma and the increasing of superoxide dysmutase activity of erhytrocytes without change of katalase activity. For the first time the immunotropic effects of "Naftussia" has been investigated. At the same time such attributes of stimulation of immune system have been revealed, as the increase of the contents of lymphoide elements in blood, and is especially in splen and thymus, the increase of weight of the later. The complex research of influence "Naftussia" on phagocytose of neutrophyles, made also for the first time, has given ambiguous results: the common contents of neutrophyles in blood, its phagocytic and microbic capacity increased, and phagocytic index, phagocytic number and index of killing were reduced, that was caused by braking of generation of the free forms of oxygen. The irradiation of water does not influence on its saluretic, antixenobiotic, antioxidative, hepatosynthetic and atherogene action, reduces stimulation of excretion of 17-ketosteroides, oppresses phagocytose, reduces immunostimulating effect. The filtration, essentially not influencing on phagocytose and katabolism, reduces saluretic, antioxidative, hepato-synthetic and immunostimulating effects of "Naftussia".
