Обґрунтовано зміст п’яти етапів формування системи механізмів управління природними ресурсами в Україні, реалізація яких доцільна в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів. Доведено, що зазначене передбачає виконання таких процедур і заходів: формалізацію структури; забезпечення перманентної трансформації і векторності просторового розвитку; ідентифікацію закономірностей еволюції; моделювання ймовірних трансформацій; прогнозування стійкості, надійності та ефективності функціонування багатокомпонентної структури. Урахування і залучення визначеного переліку важелів і регуляторів забезпечує генерацію системних ознак в елементах сформованої макроструктури та перманентну трансформацію її опорної конструкції до раціонального формату. З’ясовано, що останнє слід виконувати за сімома замкненими фазами розроблення та реалізації відповідного типу стратегії природокористування в Україні для набуття національним господарством ознак системної стійкості до загроз і ризиків сталому розвитку в умовах ресурсних обмежень.
Grounded and formulated the nature and content of the five stages of formation mechanisms of the system management of natural resources in Ukraine, the implementation of which is considered appropriate as conditions for European integration processes. Recognized and proven that their observance involves the following procedures and measures: the formalization of the structure; provision of permanent transformation and victorines’ spatial development; identifying patterns of evolution; Modeling of possible transformations; predicting the stability, reliability and efficiency of the multi-structure. Developing trends and study the list of objects localization efforts subjects that deal with environmental issues has allowed to confirm that the account list and the involvement of certain checks and controls protects a) generation system features elements formed in the macrostructure; b) permanent transformation of the supporting structure to rational format. It is found out and show that the latter should be done in seven phases closed design and implementation of the relevant strategy type environmental management in Ukraine for entry into the national economy signs of systemic resistance to threats and risks to sustainable development of resource constraints.
