В статье рассмотрены принципы использования компьютерных системы моделирования
бизнес-процессов. Анализируются три информационных разреза моделирования деятельности
предприятия. Определены количественные критерии оценки качества моделей с точки зрения
эффективности бизнес-процессов.

процесів. Аналізуються три інформаційні розрізи моделювання діяльності підприємства. Визначено
кількісні критерії оцінки якості моделей з точки зору ефективності бізнес-процесів.
Automated business processes modeling allows us to solve problems related to the construction of
enterprise development models, providing semantic rigor needed to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the
results. This is achieved by using the following methodologies: IDEF0, DFD and IDEF3.
The application of these methodologies in the business processes modeling in a hierarchy chart provides clarity
and completeness of the display. Allows us to analyze the performance of the enterprise information into three
sections.
The first diagram in the hierarchy diagrams is IDEF0. It always depicts the operation of the whole system - the
context diagram. In the context the purpose is to describe the field of modeling and simulation.
Once the context is described, we construct the following diagrams in the hierarchy. Each following chart is a
more detailed description, or as it is called - decomposition, of one of the works on the higher figure.
After the construction and verification of the model «AS-IS» it is necessary to conduct a qualitative study, the
optimization needed to build the model «TO-BE». In order to determine the quality of the model created from the
point of view of efficiency of business processes, a system metric, which the quality should be assessed
quantitatively. The cost parameters of the work are the quantitative assessment criteria.
These principles of the use of automated business processes modeling environment allow us to analyze all
aspects of studied system, but their combination embodied in the model gives a complete view of the client's
domain.
The future researches are related to the formation of "the portfolio" of business process models and building of
common strategic development program for the planning period on its basis.
