Процессы развития предприятий индустрии туризма в Украине

Abstract

В статье уточнены определение процесса развития предприятий индустрии туризма и перечень видов экономической деятельности, входящих в состав индустрии туризма; даны рекомендации по совершенствованию ГСТУ 4268:2003 с учетом современных тенденций развития туризма. Обоснована необходимость сбора статистических данных в Украине для оценки вклада туризма в ВВП и занятость страны и ее регионов по новой методологии; выполнен подбор показателей эффективности, характеризующих развитие туризма, с учетом принципов устойчивого развития UNWTO. Обобщены результаты исследования в виде структурной модели содержания процессов развития предприятий индустрии туризма.

У статті уточнені дефініція процесу розвитку підприємств індустрії туризму та перелік видів економічної діяльності, що входять до складу індустрії туризму; надані рекомендації з вдосконалення ДСТУ 4268:2003 з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій розвитку туризму. Обґрунтована необхідність збору статистичних даних в Україні для оцінки внеску туризму у ВВП та зайнятість країни й її регіонів по новій методології; виконано підбор показників ефективності, що характеризують розвиток туризму, з урахуванням принципів сталого розвитку UNWTO. Узагальнені результати дослідження у вигляді структурної моделі змісту процесів розвитку підприємств індустрії туризму.

In the article the concept of “development”, “process”, “the economic development process”, “tourism” are considered, the comparative analysis of the definitions of “tourism industry” are done, as a result the definition of “process of tourism enterprises development” is refined.The results of identify of the parties in tourism industry in accordance with domestic law indicate that the need for refine of their membership including more kinds of economic activities (such as “insurance”, “financial services”in tourism) to ensure that it meets the definition of tourism, which approved by UNWTO.After studying the general requirements for the accommodation facilities, a minimum list of their services, the classification of accommodation facilities in accordance with DSTU 4268:2003, the international system of categorization accommodation facilities the necessity of systematic improvement DSTU 4268:2003 with current trends is substantiated.According to the results of the comparative analysis of key indicators, which characterize the development of tourism, collected WTTC and State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the necessity of transition to new methodology for collecting statistics in Ukraine to estimation of the contribution of T&T in the GDP and employment of the country and its regions (for example, on the methodology of WTTC)is substantiated.Taking account of the requirements for tourism sustainable development of UNTWO the selection of performance indicators that characterize the tourism development at the state level and at the enterprise level is made.The results of research summarizes in the form of a structural model of content “process of tourism enterprises development”.
