Изучение эпидемиологической значимости качества прибрежных морских вод в заболеваемости населения острыми кишечными инфекциями

Abstract

У роботі вивчений взаємозв’язок рівнів бактерійного забруднення прибережних морських вод (колі- індекс) різних курортів Криму і захворюваності населення ОКИ за 10 років (2001 - 2010 років). Встановлена кореляційна між захворюваністю ОКІ і рівнями бактерійного забруднення прибережних морських вод курортів Криму по колі-індексу, найбільш виражена в Евпаторії, Алушті і Раздольненськом районі. Отримані дані свідчать про виразний вплив бактерійного забруднення морських вод на погіршення епідеміологічної обстановки на переобтяжених рекреантами курортах, тоді як в малоосвоєних перспективних курортних зонах Раздольненського і Чорноморського районів бактерійне забруднення морських вод і захворюваність населення ОКИ навіть в період купального сезону значно нижчі за загальнокримських показників, що ймовірно пов’язане з незначним рекреаційним навантаженням.

Last years in connection with the high levels of anthropogenic contamination row of large recreational areas of Ukraine (Yalta, Odessa, resorts of the Azov sea coast) appeared in a critical condition and their further existence as resorts is under a question. The separate areas of sea coast of Crimea are characterized high contamination of environment, that can negatively influence on rest and treatment potential of resorts of Crimea. It was set the intercommunication of bacterial contamination of coast sea waters and infectious morbidity of population in the seashore cities of different countries. The cross-correlation connection of levels of bacterial contamination of coast sea waters (Coli-index) of different resorts of Crimea and morbidity of population by acute intestinal infection diseases (AIID) was studied for 10 years (2001 - 2010 years). For a comparative study and analysis of this connection two groups of resorts of Crimea were chosen: 1) widely known resorts with the considerable recreational loading and high degree of contamination of environment, including bacterial contamination of coast sea waters (Yalta, Alushta, Evpatoria); 2) little-developed perspective resort areas with the small recreational loading and low microbal contamination of sea waters - Chernomorskiy and Razdolnenskiy districts. In researches information of the proper sanitaryepidemiology stations of Crimea was analysed by levels of Coli-index of coast sea waters in these districts, and also absolute and relative indexes of morbidity of AIID on materials of Crimean Republican SES for 10 years.
