У статті проводиться гносеологічний та аксіологічний аналіз правової природи категорій «репрезентативність» та «дезінтермедіація» як принципів конституційного процесуального права. Автором висвітлюється їх сутність як ціннісних орієнтирів перспективного розвитку конституційного процесу.

The article is epistemological and axiological analysis of the legal nature of the categories of «representativeness» and «disintermediation» as PoCPL. The author highlights the essence of their values and goals as long-term development of the constitutional process. On trends in use of disintermediation in Ukraine shows, for example, the introduction and use of automated information and communication systems and technology in the practice of the election. In theory and practice of
constitutional jurisdictional process all the more urgent question of the constitutional complaint, this, in essence, is the result of disintermediation. In the municipal process occurs widely used technology of inter-municipal cooperation and functioning at the municipal level as close as possible to the needs of the community — community
organizations, public forums, community councils, and centers of municipal services. The author focuses on repeating a pattern of application technology of e-governance at the local level. Analyzing the representativeness as a principle, characteristic and function of Parliament author concludes that one of the problematic aspect of it is to preserve this trait since its purchase and at all stages of implementation of
the representative function of Parliament, especially on the stages of approval and acceptance of decisions on behalf of the people. In this regard, restraining and limiting factor of abuse of power can be considered representative disintermediation as the principle of participation and access in the form of a combination of representativeness. One striking example is the interactivity of Parliament, which is provided by new information technologies. Information of the legislative process is subject to international legal standards gradually introduced in Ukraine The principle of representation as one of the principles of the PoCPL is determined as one of the originating ideas of constitutional and procedural functioning and development of constitutional and procedural relationships, which relies in existence of the necessary representative institutions providing procedural feasibility of subjective rights as the final result. Principle of disintermediation id interpreted as a source idea of functioning and development of constitutional and procedural relationships in the form of direct participation and public access in law execution process in its narrow sense. The value of this principle is first to optimize the legal procedures (reduction, balanced,
judicial economy). In doctrinal terms of implementation and application of these principles in theory and practice of the constitutional process implies an iterative process, because their formalization in each stage can have its own
peculiarities. In the applied aspect those guidelines allow the coordination of public-private and private-public aspects of constitutional and procedural support and consideration of its cuts in the legislative process secured by constitutional and procedural techniques (including legislative technique).
