This article offers the valuable measure of law as equality. It is observe the concept and the role of gender equality as a value component of the gender policy of the modern state, aimed to ensure equal rights of gender. The domestic legal science is focused on fair treatment of persons regardless their gender is perceived as an integral part of democratic transformation and sustainable development of any society. The issues of equality in any field can not be considered outside the law, the law is understood as an equal measure of freedom to both men and women. However, in reality, most weak part of the population remains vulnerable women, especially at the household and family. It requires further scientific achievements and efforts of politicians towards not only providing legal and practical and ensures equality of people and their individual rights regardless of sex. Thus, the principle of equality is one of the fundamental principles of human rights. In the context of this principle in his article the valuable dimension and impact on gender policy and reflected in modern legislation. In conclusion despite the existence of stereotypes in society as gender bias, nevertheless the value of the natural
man and his needs and capabilities of today clearly overcome. The human being is inherent natural rights and its essence, which were not even been provided by law, receives today the victory over the «letter of the law» and revive in the minds people real life and the legislation. However, gaps are still the modus operandi of gender equality principle in rights on personal level, relations between the sexes within the family and life. The above requires the hard work of state politicians and their deep belief and understanding that gender equality is one of the values on which the rule of law is built.
