Вплив поліетнічного середовища на систему харчування українців Криму

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблеми етнокультурних взаємовпливів на прикладі формування традиційної системи харчування українців Криму. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу факторів, що вплинули на різні ступені запозичень у галузі традиційного харчування українського населення Криму, вивченню страв, що ввійшли до раціону українців під впливом іноетнічних сусідів.

The article highlights the problems of ethno-cultural interferences by way of an example of the Crimean Ukrainians’ traditional feed system formation. The author gives special consideration to the analysis of the factors that have had an influence on the different degrees of adoptions within the Crimean Ukrainians’ traditional feed system, as well as to the description of the dishes that have come to the Ukrainians under the influence of the neighbors.
