The Limoniid-flies of the Phyllolabis 0.-S. genus are discovered in the USSR for the first time. In the regional fauna this genus is presented by two species: Ph. macrura (Siebke) — on the Kola Peninsula and Ph. tjederi sp. n.— in the south-west of Transcaucasia (the Goderdzi pass of the Arsian mountain ridge). The new species is easily distinguished from all the other paleoarctic species of this genus by the coloration and venation of the wings (fig. 1) and by the structure of the male hypopygium and especial-ly of the gonopodites (fig. 2).
