Проблема васальної залежності Дмитра Детька від угорського короля Людовика І

Abstract

В історії Галицької землі впродовж 1340–1349 рр. боярин Дмитро Детько був найбільш знаковою постаттю. Однак його етнічне походження і рівень взаємовідносин із угорськими королями досі є дискусійними. У королівському акті Людовика І з 1344 р. він постає як Comes Dechk. Його ім’я співзвучне із цілим рядом топонімів з території угорських комітатів Абауйвар і Боршод та іменами деяких місцевих мешканців. Мабуть, Дмитро був слов’янського походження із руських переселенців, які оселилися в Угорщині у ХІІІ або на початку XIV ст., переїхавши з часом на службу до Юрія ІІ Тройденовича. Причиною зміни місця проживання могла бути поразка опозиційних династії Анжу сил в країні.

In the history of Galician lands in 1340- 1349 boyar Dmytro Detko was the key person. However his ethnicity as well as the character of his relations with the Hungarian kings is still a matter of discussions. In the Royal decree of the King Louis I of Hungary he is mentioned under the name of Comes Dechk. His name is assonant with the number of toponyms from the Hungarian counties Borsod and Abaújvár and names of the people living there. Probably Dmytro was of Slavic descent, coming from the Slavic people who settled in Hungary in the late 13th – early 14th century. He may have later moved to serve Iurii II Boleslav Trojdenowicz, possibly because of the defeat of the forces opposing the House of Anjou in Hungary.
