Последнее десятилетие XVIII в. в истории крымского землевладения является очень важным периодом. В этот временной отрезок в основном заканчивается передел земельных ресурсов в регионе и начинается процесс законодательного оформления новыми хозяевами своей собственности.
Some peculiarities in land-law relations in Crimea, developed in the period after the death of G. A. Potemkin till the end of the rule of Paul I, are scrutinized in this article. Problems of organization of use of land in Crimea are indicated with the help of new archive data; attempts of tsar’s administration to eliminate these problems are revealed with the help of the analysis of legislative acts. The problem of inconsistency between religious, legal, cultural traditions of local population and traditions and rules of Russian Empire was broached. Some difficulties, emerged in the sphere of landownership in the region due to not adequately correct adaptation of Russian state machine of old resident population of the Crimea, are also named in this article.
