Исследовалась T-х-фазовая диаграмма соединений La₁₋xCaxMnO₃ для трех режимов допирования кальцием: слабого (0 ≤ х < хс), оптимального (хс < х ≤ 0.4) и сильного (0.4 ≤ х ≤ 1.0), где хс = 1/8 - критическая концентрация примеси Са.
In this paper, the magnetic T-x phase diagram of doped La₁₋xCaxMnO₃ compounds was investigated by the methods of X-ray diffraction, magnetization in static magnetic field M(T, x) and a high-frequency susceptibility χ'ac(T, x) for three conditions of the calcium doping: low (0 ≤ x < xc), optimum (xc < x ≤ 0.4) and high (0.4 ≤ x ≤ 1.0 ), where xc = 1/8 is the critical concentration of Ca impurity.
