Анотація:
The influence of the additional crystallization centers, which were entered into reactional
(furnace) charge, grain distribution and synthesized cBN crystals morphology are examined. Thanks to contents increase in the cBN crystals in the synthesis product, which were presented as twins and also the surface area is increasing by irregular and parallel joints without physical and mechanical properties reduction were shown. As the result of cBN crystals application in cutting wheels during hardened steel machining the efficiency increases thanks to the better holding of crystals in the bond.
