В статье рассмотрены основные теоретические и организационные аспекты стратегического
управления предприятием в туристической индустрии: сущность и понятие стратегического управления,
процесс стратегического управления, а также алгоритм установления стратегии и целей туристической
фирмы.

In the modern conditions of managing forced the company to focus not only on the internal state of affairs,
but also to develop a long-term strategy to respond quickly to changes in their environment. One of the key components
of strategic management is strategy. Choosing a strategy and its implementation constitute the bulk of the company for
strategic management. The article deals with the basic theoretical and organizational aspects of strategic management
in the tourism industry: the nature and concept of strategic management, strategic management process, as well as an
algorithm to establish the strategy and objectives of a travel company. The study examined several definitions of
"strategy", which is formulated on the basis of the author's definition. A critical analysis of the process of strategic
management in the treatment of various authors, highlights the main steps in the process of strategic management, ie
the development and implementation of the strategy. According to the author, the process of strategic management is to
identify areas of development through the establishment of the mission, goals and strategies, the development of a
system of measures for the effective achievement of the selected benchmark, as well as assessing and monitoring the
implementation of the chosen strategy.
