The search for new opportunities to achieve a higher level of enterprise performance tourism industry of the
country is the need to understand the nature and characteristics of enterprise management of tourist sphere in modern
conditions of development of the tourism market. This article discusses the features of personnel management in the
organization of tourist and recreational business, the role and importance of the process of human resource
management in modern conditions, the problem of efficient use of labor potential in the tourism business enterprises,
identified solutions - to further improve the effectiveness evaluation. Author formulates the problem in the domestic
tourism industry - namely, finding and attracting "quality" of workers, creating the conditions for their full potential.
The basic features of management in the tourism industry, such as - Encouraging enterprise management employees to
develop their abilities for a more intense and productive labor, improving staff training, collaboration between
departments of the company, the expansion of strategic components in the work of managers, the definition for each
slave ultimate goals his work with the characteristics of the mechanism and steps to achieve them. Revealed that in this
case, less is necessary to give orders related to particular tasks more evident self-employed workers.
