Проблеми ботанічної науки в Інституті ботаніки ім. М.Г. Холодного НАН України та в світі

Abstract

На основе анализа господствующей в мире экономики, политики и деления стран на три неравноправные группы утверждается, что проблема дальнейшего выживания и развития мирового сообщества стала реальной. Объясняется это прежде всего уничтожением растительности и биоразнообразия в целом группой цивилизованных государств во главе с США, которое в конце прошлого столетия достигло критической для биосферы грани и обусловило глобальные экологические кризисы. В основе их находится несоответствие законов социального развития развитых стран естественным законам эволюции растительности и биосферы. Поэтому, в существующих ныне политических, социальных и экологических условиях земного шара роль ботаники как науки и ботаников приобрела первоочередное мировое значение. Лишь они способны сегодня разработать стратегию решения этой проблемы.

Because of analysis of ruling (prevailing) economics, policy and division of countries into three groups not enjoying equal rights in the world, it is asserted that a problem of further survival and development of the world community became the reality. This is explained, first of all, by destruction of vegetation and biodiversity on the whole by a group of civilized states headed by the USA, which at the close of the past century reached the critical for biosphere border and caused the global environmental crises. Disparity of the laws of social development of advanced countries to natural laws of vegetation and biosphere evolution are at the bottom of these crises. Therefore, under the existing political, social and environmental conditions of the globe, the role of botany as a science and of botanists, took on the top-priority significance. Now only they are able to de velop a strategy of solving this problem. The article also considers the problems of science at the M.G. Kholodny Institute of Botany of the National Academy of Sciences of Ucraine.
