Зовнішньоекономічні аспекти функціонування вітчизняного ринку продажу автомобілів

Abstract

У статті проведений комплексний ретроспективний аналіз (у період 2003-2013 рр.) показників, що характеризують зовнішньоекономічні аспекти функціонування вітчизняного ринку продажу автомобілів. Так, досліджена динаміка експортно-імпортних операцій за даним напрямом зовнішньої торгівлі, в тому числі визначено сальдо експорту-імпорту автомобілів у кожний з обраних періодів. Виявлені основні країни, що є експортерами та імпортерами легкових і вантажних автомобілів, а також автобусів в Україні.

В статье проведен комплексный ретроспективный анализ (в период 2003-2013 гг.) основных показателей, характеризующих внешнеэкономические аспекты функционирования отечественного рынка продажи автомобилей. Так, исследована динамика экспортно-импортных операций по данному направлению внешней торговли, в том числе определено сальдо экспорта-импорта автомобилей в каждый из выбранных периодов. Выявлены основные страны, являющиеся экспортерами и импортерами легковых и грузовых автомобилей, а также автобусов в Украине.

In article the complex retrospective analysis (in a period of 2003-2013) of indexes which characterize the external economic aspects of functioning of the domestic market of automobiles sale is conducted. Thus, the dynamic of export-import operations of this foreign trade direction is investigated, including the determination of the balance of export and import of automobiles in each of the selected periods. It was revealed that the balance of export-import operations in this area of international trade was negative in all researched periods that testified the low competitive potential of enterprises of Ukrainian automobile building industry in comparison with the world autoproducers. The main countries that are exporters and importers of cars, trucks and buses in Ukraine are identified. Thus, it was concluded that Ukraine mainly exported automobiles to countries which are former republics of the Soviet Union (Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan), and imported cars, trucks and buses usually from countries of distant foreignness (Japan, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain and others like that) and Russian Federation. It was determined that the balance of export and import of cars, trucks and buses by countries which simultaneously were exporters and importers of automobiles (Russian Federation, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Belarus) was negative. Thus, the least disbalance was characterized for the balance of export-import of busses by these countries, the largest disbalance  for the balance of export and import of cars.
