встречаются на практике. Оценена возможность расширения существующих классификаций, путем
введения новых классификационных признаков: по форме возможного ущерба; по форме проявления; по
этапу контакта работника и организации; по масштабу ущерба; по цикличности проявления; по
прогнозируемости; по источнику формирования.
У статті проаналізовано класифікації кадрових ризиків, які найбільш часто зустрічаються
на практиці. Оцінена можливість розширення існуючих класифікацій, шляхом введення нових
класифікаційних ознак: за формою можливого збитку; за формою прояву; по етапу контакту
працівника та організації; за масштабом збитку; по циклічності прояви; по прогнозованості; за

the economic literature there is no universally accepted classification of personnel risks

due to the fact that every business hotel industry has its own peculiarities, so it is possible to offer a generalized
classification of risk on the basis of: the shape of possible damage; in the form of manifestation; the Phase

Personnel at the company can be both a major element contributing to the efficiency of enterprise and carry a
risk.
Research experience in international companies, scientific works of domestic and foreign scholars suggest that
personnel risks are among the most important and valued as the most dangerous risks to the business.
Formatting classification of the risks helps to evaluate the role of each risk in the general system and creates the
potential for selection of effective methods and techniques of management of human risk.
At this point in textbooks and scientific papers is a list of classifications of personnel risks, but none of them is a
complete hazard classification for hotel enterprises.
