The principles of the formation of a porous hydrogel polymer network with chemically strengthened pore walls are developed. The essence of this approach consists in the interaction of polyacrylamide chains grafted to the surface of disperse peroxidized filler (silica dioxide) with poly-N-hydroxymethylacrylamide macrochains. The 3D network contains peptide bonds and covalently bound particles of a modified filler. Porous hydrogels with controlled physico-mecha-nical properties are obtained after the filler particles removal.
