The analysis of the idea of justice/unjustice development in the poetry by early Shevchenko shows the evolution of the said idea from the gap between the wishful and the real (the proper); non-effectiveness of traditional life guiding lines («Prychynna», «The water flows into the blue sea…», «For the eternal memory of Kotlyarevsky»); impossibility to make the way of emotionally free human being without getting into a blind alley («Kateryna»); tragic solitude as the repayment for artistic conscience transcendental break-through («Perebendya», «Poplar», «To N. Markevych») towards realization of the society’s historical blindness («To Osnovianenko», «Ivan Pidkova», «Night of Taras») and thus to determination of ontological necessity and the principle of artistic growth succession («My thoughts…»).
