Ліпідний спектр еритроцитарної маси крові щурів при медикаментозному гепатиті та застосуванні фосфоліпідовмісних препаратів

Abstract

Дослiджено особливостi кiлькiсних змiн показникiв лiпiдного спектра еритроцитарної маси у щурiв при медикаментозному гепатитi. Так, у хворих тварин змiни лiпiдограми еритроцитарної маси характеризують розвиток дислiпiдемiї. Їх можливо корегувати шляхом включення в терапевтичну схему препаратiв репаративної дiї, зокрема фосфолiпiдовмiсних засобiв — бiологiчно активної добавки FLP-MD та препарату “Есенцiале-форте”, причому перший з них виявляє краще виражений вiдновлювальний ефект.

The features of quantitative changes of indices of lipid’s spectrum of the mass of red corpuscles are investigated for rats at medicinal hepatitis. In the sick animals, the changes of lipid’s composition of the mass of red corpuscles characterize the development of dislipidemia. Changes of lipid’s composition can be corrected by inclusion of preparations of reparative action in the therapeutic chart, in particular those made on a basis of phospholipids-containing facilities — biologically active addition of FLP-MD and preparation “Essentiale-forte”. The former discovers the better expressed effect.
