Заболеваемость меланомой кожи в Украине

Abstract

Резюме. Проведен ретроспективный анализ заболеваемости меланомой кожи в Украине за 1982–2003 гг. В структуре заболеваемости злокачественными опухолями в Украине меланома кожи занимает 16-е место. Уровни заболеваемости у мужчин и женщин существенно не отличаются и составляют 4,7 и 4,9 на 100 000 населения. В АР Крым, Херсонской, Николаевской и Одесской областях, а также в городах Севастополе и Киеве зафиксированы самые высокие показатели заболеваемости (9,5–5,5 на 100 000 населения). Следует отметить, что за последние годы отмечается наибольший рост заболеваемости меланомой кожи среди всех злокачественных новобразований. Так, за 1982–1986 гг. среднегодовой прирост заболеваемости составил 5,0%, а за 1997–2003 гг. — 7,3%. Самый высокий прирост заболеваемости зафиксирован в возрастных группах 0–29 и 50–59 лет. Прогностические оценки уровня заболеваемости свидетельствуют об ожидаемом росте заболеваемости среди людей молодого возраста.

Summary. Retrospective analysis of the incidence of skin melanoma in Ukraine over the period between 1982 and 2003 was carried out. In the oncologic morbidity structure of Ukraine, skin melanoma ranks 16th. The incidence levels in men and women populations do not differ significantly being as high as 4.7 and 4.9 per 100,000 (Ukrainian standard). The morbidity rates are the highest (9.5 to 5.5 per 100,000) in the Crimea, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Odessa oblasts, and in the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol. It should be noted that the share of skin melanoma has recently increased at a higher rate compared to other malignancies. Thus, during the period between 1982 and 1986, the annual average growth rate was 5.0%, but increased to 7.3% in the period between 1997 and 2003. The highest growth of the morbidity rates is observed in two age groups, 0–29 and 50–59 years of age. This is true for both men and women. Prognostic estimations of the morbidity rates suggest that the incidence is expected to increase in the young age groups.
