другого зібрання «Полного собрания законов Российской империи»
для дослідження історії міста Глухова 1825–1881 рр. Зроблена систематизація виявлених матеріалів у таблицю.
The article analyzes the information potential of the legislative acts
of the second volume of the «Complete Collection of Laws of the Russian
Empire» for 1825–1881. The second collection consists of 55 volumes,
totaling 61928 legislative acts during the reign of the emperors of the
Russian Empire Nicholas I and Alexander II. Documents from the history
of the city of Hlukhiv are revealed. The systematization of the detected
materials in the table is made.
A total of 31 documents were found in the second collection, covering
various moments of the history of the city of Hlukhiv and Hlukhiv district.
Among in this documents: a permit for Jews to trade of vodka (1830); on
the reform and activities of the post office in Hlukhiv (1830); the financing
of local police (1836); the organization of district police stations (1837);
on the financing of the Office of the Orthodox Church of Hlukhiv (1840);
the activities of the city military veterans team (1850); the stay in Hlukhiv
military units (1841, 1856, 1857, 1862, 1866); establishing taxes on trade
and real estate (1846, 1863, 1865, 1866); on the peasant reform (1861);
taxes on peasants (1863, 1865, 1866, 1867); on the activities of the county
court (1867). There are documents on the creation of the Hlukhiv Public
City Bank (1863), on the creation and operation of Tereshchenko Children’s
Shelter (1871, 1875, 1878), about the foundation of the Tereshchenko
Hospital «Saint Yephrosyniia» (1879).
Legislative acts of the second collection «Complete collection of Laws
of Russian Empire», are important sources for studying the history of the
city of Hlukhiv in the nineteenth century.
