Кримськотатарський аспект національної політики Кремля у Кримській АСРР (1921–1928 рр.)

Abstract

Розглядається кримськотатарська складова в національній політиці радянської влади у Кримській АСРР років непу. У науковий обіг уперше вводяться документальні матеріали Державного архіву Автономної Республіки Крим, які встановлюють, чому політика коренізації на півострові набула форм татаризації, а також чому реальна татаризація різко зупинилася в 1928 р. Розглядається ряд питань, присвячених освітнім проблемам у середовищі кримсько-татарського населення, упровадженню нового алфавіту тощо. Простежено, яким чином репресії щодо кримськотатарського керівництва Кримської АСРР відбилися на згортанні процесу татаризації.

This article researches the Crimean Tatar component in the national policy of Soviet power in the Crimean SSR during the new economic policy (NEP). Author for the first time in the scientific circulation had input the documentary materials from the State Archive of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Those materials are determining why the policy of indigenization on the peninsula has got the forms of Tatarization, and also why the actual Tatarization was sharply stopped in 1928. Also, the article covers the number of issues devoted to educational problems in the Crimean Tatar population environment, introduction of new alphabet, etc. Author traced how the repressions against the Crimean Tatar leadership of the Crimean SSRR were reflected in the Tatarization process collapse.
