Відтворення моделюючого принципу інтермедіальності у структурі художнього образу роману Г. Гессе "Степовий вовк"

Abstract

У статті розглянуто німецький інтелектуальний роман, зокрема філософська концепція світосприйняття Г. Гессе представлена у творі «Степовий вовк», який є яскравим прикладом взаємодії музики та слова. Зосереджено увагу на зміні літературно-художнього коду, а саме тенденції до синтетичної художньої мови у романі. Авторка розкриває модулюючі форми мовленнєвої організації літературного тексту за принципом інтермедіальності як найбільш відповідного процесу мислення. На конкретних прикладах продемонстровано співвідношення на протиставленні двох музичних просторів, які зображують опозицію «біль/сміх». Розглянуто ідею контрапункту як діалогу голосів на літературний твір, який постає поліфонічним поєднанням особистісних голосів, але також тем, мотивів, почуттів. Дослідницею аргументовано, що музика опосередкована не тільки у вигляді безпосередньої присутності на сторінках твору імен композиторів і назв їх творів, вона стає головною організуючою силою тексту. Так, характер героя й довколишній світ набувають поліфонічного звучання – нерозривної єдності протилежних музичних тем. Встановлено, що інтермедіальність схована у поетиці гессівського роману, у самій структурі художнього образу, у принципі художньої організації твору як сюжетно-композиційної єдності.

The article deals with the German intellectual novel, in particular, the philosophical concept of conception of the world of Hermann Hesse is presented in his work «Steppenwolf», which is a good example of interaction of music and words. The attention is focused on the change of literary-artistic code, namely, the tendency to synthetic artistic language in the novel. The author reveals modelling forms of speech organization of the literary text according to the principle of intermediary as the most appropriate thinking process. By the specific examples the ratio of the juxtaposition of two musical spaces that depict the opposition «pain/laughter» has been demonstrated. The idea of counterpoint as a dialogue of the votes in a literary work that appears as a polyphonic combination of personal voices, but also motives, feelings has been studied. The researcher reasoned that the music is mediated not only in the form of direct presence on the pages of the work of composers’ names and titles of their works, it becomes the main organizing force of the text. So, the character of the hero and the surrounding world gain polyphonic sounding - the indissoluble unity of the opposite musical themes. It is determined that intermediality is hidden in poetics of Hesse’s novel, in the very structure of the artistic image, in the principle of artistic organization of the work as the plot-compositional unity.
