Синтез виконавчих ланок мобільних інтелектуальних машин

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз існуючих методів вдосконалення структури механізмів з паралельною структурою. Розроблено новий підхід до проектування виконавчих ланок мобільних інтелектуальних машин. Цей підхід заснований на використанні графів з пов'язаністю Ейлерових і Гамільтона циклів, що охоплюють виконавчі ланки. Виявлено, що основною метою синтезу механізму є визначення розмірів меха-нізму і положень його вхідної ланки, що найкращим чином відповідають вказаним умовам і забезпечують поєднання якісних показників структури системи. Сполучення класифікаційних ознак у межах їх змінюваних діапазонів дає можливість прогнозувати можливості обладнання механоскладальних цехів на основі механізмів паралельної структури.

In the article the analysis of existing methods of improving the structure of mechanisms with a parallel structure is carried out. A new approach to the design of executive units of mobile intelligent machines is developed. This approach is based on the use of graphs with the Euler and Hamilton coupling of cycles involving executive branches. It is determined that the main objective of the mechanism synthesis is to determine the size of the mecha-nism and the provisions of its input, which best meet the specified conditions and provide a combination of qualita-tive indicators of the structure of the system. The combination of classification features within their changing ranges makes it possible to predict the possibilities of equipment of mechano-assembly shops on the basis of mechanisms of parallel structure.
