Этапы процедуры оценки эффективности природопользования в курортном регионе

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено принципы оценки эффективности природопользования в курортном регионе, представляющие собой исходные положения и являющиеся основой рационального осуществления процесса оценивания. Определены этапы процедуры оценки эффективности природопользования в курортном регионе и обозначены составляющие оценки эффективности природопользования в курортном регионе (уровень загрязнения окружающей среды; уровень финансирования мероприятий природопользования; уровень ресурсного использования; уровень воспроизводства природных ресурсов. Установлена проблема формализации интегрального показателя эффективности природопользования в курортном регионе, решить которую возможно путем количественной оценки качественных характеристик эффективности в рамках одной модели.

У статті розглянуто принципи оцінки ефективності природокористування в курортному регіоні, що представляють собою вихідні положення, що є основою раціонального здійснення процесу оцінювання. Визначено етапи процедури оцінки ефективності природокористування в курортному регіоні і позначені складові оцінки ефективності природокористування в курортному регіоні (рівень забруднення навколишнього середовища; рівень фінансування заходів природокористування; рівень використання ресурсного; рівень відтворення природних ресурсів. Встановлена проблема формалізації інтегрального показника ефективності природокористування в курортному регіоні, вирішити яку можливо шляхом кількісної оцінки якісних характеристик ефективності в рамках однієї моделі.

Identified components of the evaluation of the effectiveness of environmental management in the resort region (the level of environmental pollution; the level of funding management; the level of resource use; the level of reproduction of natural resources. Installed the problem of formalization of the integral indicator of the effectiveness of environmental management in the resort region, to decide which is possible through the quantification of qualitative characteristics efficiency within a single model.
