Понятие информационно-экономической безопасности предприятия

Abstract

Цель статьи состоит в раскрытии сущности понятия "информационно-экономической безопасности" в пределах объекта исследования, а именно социально-экономических систем на микроуровне (предприятий). В результате исследования методом морфологического анализа интерпретаций понятий "экономическая безопасность" и "информационная безопасность" было выведено новое понятие "информационно-экономической безопасности", сущность которого объединяет эти два тесно связанные между собой состояния деятельности организации, гарантирующие ее стабильное и прогрессивное развитие.

Мета статті полягає в розкритті сутності поняття "інформаційно-економічної безпеки" в межах об'єкта дослідження, а саме соціально-економічних систем на мікрорівні (підприємств). В результаті дослідження методом морфологічного аналізу інтерпретацій понять "економічна безпека" і "інформаційна безпека" було виведено нове поняття "інформаційно-економічної безпеки", сутність якого об'єднує ці два тісно пов'язані між собою стана діяльності організації, які гарантують її стабільний і прогресивний розвиток.

With the development of the information society, in which operates the majority of the subjects of the market economy, the information and all the basic components of the informatization process becoming increasingly important. That is why in a competitive environment information often becomes the object of attacks. In the scientific literature, the terms "information security" and "economic security" are considered separately. From our point of view it is unreasonable in the conditions of informatization of the society. Therefore, it is necessary to give the concept, which will be fully and clearly define the nature and relationship between information security and economic security. The general purpose of this article is to reveal the essence of the concept of "information and economic security" in the context of the socio-economic systems at the micro level (enterprises level). The study based on using the method of morphological analysis of the interpretations of "economic security" and "information security" concepts. Using this method were given author's definitions of these terms. Synthesis method based on the using of the set of keywords, phrases, and morphological forms that included in the semantic core of the considered concepts allowed us to derive a new integral concept of "information and economic security".
