Формування морфологічних структур Hibiscus esculentus L.в процесі онтогенезу на південному сході України

Abstract

Встановлено, що передпосівна обробка насіння H. esculentus розчинами оптимальної концентрації індоліл-3-оцтової кислоти, гумату амонію сприяє збільшенню морфометричних параметрів рослин різних вікових станів (висоти рослин, діаметра стебла, довжини кореня, кількості бічних коренів) в порівнянні з контролем. Було виявлено морфологічні закономірності в процесі формування особини, дана характеристика вікових станів, встановлено їхні терміни і тривалість в умовах інтродукції.

It has been found that pre-seed treatment of H. esculentus seeds with the solution of indolyl-3-acetic acid, gumat of ammonium in optimal concentrations promote an increase in the morphometric parameters of the plants of different age states (i.e. the heights of the plants, the diameters of their stems, the lengths of the roots, the number of lateral roots) in comparison with the control. Morphological regularities in the process of forming an individual have been revealed, the age states have been described, their terms and duration in the conditions of introduction has been determined.
