Роль инфраструктуры в функционировании рынка ценных бумаг

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена структура фондового рынка в целом и отдельные ее элементы. Автором раскрывается понятие инфраструктура рынка ценных бумаг. Организация инфраструктуры того или иного сегмента зависит от развитости рынка, его оборотов, характера его участников и инструментов, на нем обращающихся. Однако имеются некоторые общие черты инфраструктуры сегментов, повторяющиеся в инфраструктуре рынка как целого. Проведен анализ особенностей фондового рынка Российской Федерации, рассмотрены основные показатели деятельности ЗАО ММВБ, а также предложены направления развития рынка ценных бумаг в Российской Федерации. У даній статті розглянута структура фондового ринку в цілому та окремі її елементи. Автором розкривається поняття інфраструктура ринку цінних паперів. Організація інфраструктури того чи іншого сегмента залежить від розвиненості ринку, його оборотів, характеру його учасників та інструментів, на ньому обертаються. Проте є деякі спільні риси інфраструктури сегментів, що повторюються в інфраструктурі ринку як цілого. Проведено аналіз особливостей фондового ринку Російської Федерації, розглянуто основні показники діяльності ЗАТ ММВБ, а також запропоновані напрями розвитку ринку цінних паперів в Російській Федерації. In this article there was considered the structure of stock market and its parts. The efficiency of the stock market, shaped by ongoing market reforms in Russia depends on the level of development and quality of all its elements, including infrastructure. By the author there was revealed such conception like infrastructure of equity market. Infrastructure of the stock market - a complex self-organizing system, which includes a set of institutions for economic actors in product distribution of securities, complex technologies, which is provided by the stock market, and risk insurance on the stock market. Organization infrastructure of a segment depends on development of the market, its turnover, the nature of the participants and instruments traded on it. However, there are some common features of infrastructure segments, repeated in the market infrastructure as a whole. They are defined by the infrastructure challenges, which are reduced to two main groups: - Risk management in the securities market, - Reduction of the unit cost of operations. The role of infrastructure in risk management: - Separate the different types of risk from each other and allow to shift some of the risks on the infrastructure; - To identify the person responsible for the implementation of risk, and to hold him responsible for any damages. The basic form of the functioning of the exchange infrastructure of the modern domestic financial market is the infrastructure holding company, under which the full range of trading, clearing, custody, settlement and information services. It was detailed analyzed the particular qualities of stock market in Russian Federation, were considered the main indicators of activity of JSC MICEX, and also were offered the directions of development of securities market in the Russian Federation.
