dc.description.abstract	The need for and conditions for fluid modelling of tokamak transport is discussed. In particular emphasis is put on fluid closure, off diagonal transport fluxes and non- Markovian effects. Some recent results of a fluid model using a reactive closure are also discussed including theory and simulations of zonal flows and temperature and particle pinches.	uk_UA
