Об атектонических расщеплениях пластов угля во Львовско-Волынском угольном бассейне

Abstract

We give the characteristics of atectonic foliations of coal seams of a basin established by reconstruction of the initial thickness of a mother substance of coal and coal-free rocks in a zone of foliation. Local unevenness of the lower part of paleopeat-bogs, the episodical bringing of a clastic material into the area of the peat accumulation with its further heterogeneous shrinkage, and the initial plant mass are known to be the main factors determining atectonic foliations. Seam foliations not connected with tectonic processes are mainly situated in the external (tectonically passive) part of the Lviv Paleozoic Deep.
