Цифрова трансформація промисловості: сучасні реалії та пріоритети розвитку

Abstract

У статті досліджено ключові пріоритети цифрової трансформації промисловості та впливу її процесів на забезпечення прогресу досягнення цілей сталого розвитку. Доведено, що зміни в технологічній модальності призводять до змін у соціально-економічних системах, зокрема в інституційних, соціальних та економічних компонентах, а також у соціально-економічних відносинах між суб’єктами, що беруть участь у процесах цифрового середовища. Наголошується на необхідності та доцільності впровадження цифрової трансформації, яка зарекомендувала себе як рушій, що відкриває нові можливості розвитку промислових підприємств. Акцентується на сутності змін у бізнес-процесах, особливостях та галузевій специфіці цифрової трансформації. Дано авторське визначення категорії «цифрова трансформація». Охарактеризовано найбільш затребувані промисловим сектором передові цифрові технології. Досліджено європейський досвід надання цифрових послуг. Аргументовано, що цифрова трансформація дає змогу зменшити цифровий розрив за рівнем освоєння цифрових технологій. Виокремлено специфічні бар’єри та основні чинники гальмування цифрової трансформації вітчизняного промислового сектору. Розроблено рекомендації в контексті пріоритетів розвитку цифрової трансформації промисловості. Отримані результати поглиблюють теоретико-методичні засади управління процесами становлення і розвитку в Україні індустрії 4.0 в частині визначення пріоритетних напрямів впровадження цифрових технологій на вітчизняних промислових підприємствах.

The article examines the digital transformation of industry key priorities and the impact of its processes on ensuring progress towards achieving sustainable development goals. It is proved that changes in the technological modality lead to changes in socio-economic systems, in particular in institutional, social and economic components, as well as in socio-economic relations between the actors involved in the processes of the digital environment. There is a strong accent for the need and importance of promoting digital transformation, which has proven to be a force that opens up new opportunities for the development of industrial enterprises. The focus is on the essence of changes in business processes, features and industry specifics of digital transformation. The author's definition of the category “digital transformation” is given. The greatest demands of the industrial sector are characterized by advanced digital technologies. The European experience of providing digital services is studied. It is reasoned that digital transformation makes it possible to reduce the digital divide in terms of the level of digital technology adoption. Specific barriers and the main factors inhibiting the digital transformation of the domestic industrial sector are identified. Recommendations are developed in the context of priorities for the development of industry digital transformation. The results obtained deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations for managing the processes of Industry 4.0 formation and development in Ukraine in terms of identifying priority areas for the introduction of digital technologies at domestic industrial enterprises.
