К изучению микроспоридий — паразитов кровососущих комаров юга Украины

Abstract

Six Microsporidia species are found in 8 out of 15 studied species and subspecies of mosquitos. Microsporidia Thelohania opacita (K u d o) is found in the larvae of Aedes caspius caspius (P a l l.), A. c. dorsalis (M g.), A. flavescens (M u l l.), and A. vexans (M g.); T. minuta is found in A. c. caspius, A. c. dorsalis and A. vexans; T. obesa (K u d o) is found in A. c. caspius and A. c. dorsalis; Parathelohania legeri (H e s s e) is found in Anopheles maculipennis (M g.) and A. hyrcanus (P a l l.); Weiseria spinosa (G o l b e r g) is found in Culex theileri (T h e o b.). All the microsporidia are found in the region under study for the first time.
