Численное моделирование сильных осадков в Прикарпатье

Abstract

Проведено аналiз умов формування опадiв над Україною впродовж синоптичного перiоду з 21 по 27 липня 2008 р. пiд час сильних паводкiв в схiдних Карпатах. Використовувалися дiагностичнi та прогностичнi моделi фронтальних мезомасштабних хмарних утворень, розробленi в УкрНДГМI. Чисельнi експерименти проводилися для фронтальних смуг i конвективних утворень рiзних масштабiв, якi давали сильнi опади над гiрськими масивами схiдних Карпат i прилеглих територiй. Визначенi ключовi динамiчнi та мiкрофiзичнi параметри, якi привели до утворення сильних опадiв, що зумовили катастрофiчнi паводки.

Three-dimensional, time-independent, and forecasting numerical models developed in UHRI were used for the modeling of frontal cloud systems passed over the Carpathian region during flood in July 2008 and caused a strong precipitation. Numerical experiments were conducted to study the cloud potential ability to produce precipitations of different intensities. Influences of relief, updrafts and downdrafts, and the mechanism of cloud and precipitation formation were the objects of numerical experiments. Results of a numerical study of the precipitation formation conditions during the synoptical period on July 21–27 in mesoscale frontal rainbands and convective cloud clusters were analyzed. The research of the key parameters causing a heavy precipitation has been conducted.
