Abstract

У артикуле раскрываецца роля беларускай мовы ў фарміраванні і падтрыманні нацыянальнай свядомасці беларусаў, паказваецца месца ў сучаснай камунікатыўнай і культурнай прасторы Беларусі, абгрунтоўваецца яе роля як фактару псіхалагічнага камфорту асобы і годнасці нацыі ў двухмоўным соцыуме, a таксама прапаноўваюцца канкрэтныя крокі па павышэнні беларускамоўнай кампетэнцыі грамадства, выкарыстанні беларускай мовы як дзяржаўнай мовы краіны ў асноўных сферах зносін і выкананні ёю ролі фактару годнасці асобы і нацыі.

The article reveals the role of Belarusian language in the formation and maintenance of national consciousness of the Belarusians, shows its position in modem communicative and cultural space of Belarus, substantiates its role as a factor of psychological comfort for an individual and dignity of the nation in a bilingual society, and proposes concrete steps to improve the competence of the Belarusian language in society, the use of the Belarusian language as the state language of the country in key spheres of communication and fulfilling the role of the dignity of the individual and the nation.
