Доля архівів УРСР у роки Другої світової війни

Abstract

Метою дослідження стало виявлення низки чинників, які спричинили втрату архівних фондів України під час Другої світової війни, з’ясування механізмів вилучення та шляхів їх переміщення, установлення місця перебування, узагальнення й визначення масштабів завданих збитків, розробка рекомендацій щодо теоретичного і практичного використання результатів розвідки. Методологія передбачає принципи історизму й застосування загальнонаукових (типологізація, класифікація, систематизація), міждисциплінарних (структурно-системний підхід), історичних (хронологізація, періодизація) методів. Це забезпечило на засадах положень діалектики й логіки пізнання історичного процесу та суспільного розвитку, трактування досліджуваних явищ в динаміці загальносуспільних подій з урахуванням взаємозв’язків, а також здійснення комплексного аналізу всієї сукупності джерел, зважаючи на багатофакторність і неоднозначність наявної інформації. Наукова новизна полягає у висвітленні евакуації радянськими органами влади архівних матеріалів у східні області СРСР та розкрадання їх у нових місцях зберігання, розгляді заходів нацистської адміністрації з реалізації акції безпрецедентного пограбування архівних надбань, а також планомірного вилучення та вивезення культурних цінностей із теренів УРСР. Висновки. За період Другої світової війни в Україні було знищено або вивезено з її території величезний масив матеріальних і духовних історико-культурних цінностей, у тому числі велику кількість архівних матеріалів, рукописів та інших писемних джерел. Результати аналізу документів про знищення й вивезення з УРСР у роки війни культурних надбань свідчать, що обидві протиборчі сторони провадили ці акції ретельно та цілеспрямовано, переслідуючи політичні й корисливі загарбницькі цілі для спотворення історичної правди, віковічної пам’яті українського народу, позбавлення його національної самобутності, державності, зрештою існування.

The purpose of the work is to identify, on the basis of an impartial assessment of the actions at that time, a number of factors that caused the loss of archival funds of UkrSSR, to investigate the mechanisms of removal and ways of their migration, to identify the locations, to summarize and determine the extent of the damage caused, and to develop recommendations for the theoretical and practical use of the results. The methodology of the study is based on the principles of historicism and the application of general scientific (typologization, classification, systematization), interdisciplinary (structural-system approach) and historical (chronologization, periodization) methods. This provided the principles of dialectics and logic of knowledge of the historical process and social development of the interpretation of the phenomena under study in the dynamics of social events, taking into account the relationships, as well as carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the totality of sources, given the multifactorial and ambiguous information available. The scientific novelty is to cover the evacuation by the Soviet authorities of archival materials in the eastern regions of the UkrSSR and their theft at detention facilities. Careful planning by the Nazi administration of measures for the implementation of the action of unprecedented robbery of archival assets, as well as the systematic seizure and removal of cultural property from the territory of our country. Conclusions. During the World War II, a great number of material and spiritual historical and cultural values, including a large number of archival documents, manuscripts, and other written sources, found in other countries were destroyed or removed from Ukraine. The results of the analysis of documents on the destruction and export of cultural property from our country during the war show that the imperial forces carried out these actions professionally and purposefully, pursuing political and self-serving aggressive goals for distorting the historical truth, the memory of the Ukrainian people, depriving them of their national identity, statehood and existence.
