В статье рассматриваются особенности американского варианта английского языка как
инструмента и хранителя культуры США и как средства межкультурной коммуникации в мировом
пространстве. Описываются особенности дифференциации языка и речи населения США по
социальному признаку.

In the article the peculiarities of the American English language both as an instrument and a keeper
of the US culture and a method of intercultural communication in the world space are considered. The analysis
of the characteristic features of the American English language reflects its dominating role in the fundamental
spheres of life of modern society. American English has become accepted as the standard for communication in
many countries all over the world, and soon has become an accepted language for global economy, politics,
business trade, commerce and culture. Novelty of work consists in the ultimate development of an analysis of the
American English language estimation, in identification of importance of an assessment of the language units in
various spheres of modern life, significance of American English expansion to the modern world. The aim of this
research is the analysis of the peculiarities of the American English language, that tie together different aspects
of reality into a naturally founded socially and culturally functioning communication system.
Research Methods used in article are the descriptive method, allowing to study and systematize literature in a
considered perspective; the method of the discourse analysis which provides extraordinarily rich evidence of the
underlying rules of how the language works; method of the component analysis necessary for allocation of
components of value; the method of statistical analysis used the study of the collection, organization, analysis,
interpretation and presentation of linguistic data.
