Последствия загрязнения Керченского пролива и предпроливных зон в результате шторма 10–12 ноября 2007 года

Abstract

Проаналiзовано гiдрометеорологiчнi умови виникнення катастрофiчного шторму 10–12 листопада 2007 р. у Керченськiй протоцi. Розглядаються i оцiнюються можливi наслiдки забруднення морського середовища нафтопродуктами в результатi цього шторму. Особлива увага придiляється гiдрометеорологiчним умовам, якi визначають iнтенсивнiсть екологiчних наслiдкiв для екосистеми Керченської протоки i прилеглих районiв Чорного й Азовського морiв. Пiдкреслюється довготривалий характер екологiчної катастрофи i наведенi практичнi рекомендацiї мiнiмiзацiї її наслiдкiв.

The hydrometeo situation before the beginning of the catastrophic storm on November 10–12, 2007 in the Kerch strait is analyzed. Possible consequences of the marine environment pollution with mineral oil as a result of this storm are considered and estimated. Special attention is given to the hydrometeorological conditions which determine the activity of ecological consequences for the Kerch strait ecosystem and adjoining regions of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. The long-term period of the ecological disaster is emphasized; the practical recommendations for the minimization of its consequences are given.
