Abstract

У статті простежено становлення органів державної влади з моменту проголошення незалежності Української держави, застосування принципу розподілу державної влади на законодавчу, виконавчу, судову. Розкриті особливості становлення та розвитку судової вла- ди незалежної України, взаємодії законодавчої і судової влади (на прикладі взаємодії Парламенту та Конституційного Суду України).
