Класифікація корпоративних структур аграрного сектора економіки

Abstract

У сучасних умовах в Україні прискорилися процеси інтеграційних трансформацій в аграрному секторі економіки. У статті подано класифікацію корпоративних структур аграрного сектора за формою та механізмами злиття та поглинання, шляхами виникнення й становлення, основними національними рисами вітчизняних корпорацій, типами об'єднань підприємств у галузях АПК, механізмами й методами поглинання сільгосппідприємств, укладеними матеріальними й фінансовими ресурсами та цільовими задачами.

In modern terms in Ukraine the processes of integration transformations became more frequent in the agrarian sector of economy. In the article classification of corporate structures is given agrarian a sector after a form and mechanisms of confluence, by the ways of origin and becoming of corporate structures, mechanisms of confluence and absorption, basic national lines of domestic corporations, types of associations of enterprises in industries of APK, mechanisms and methods of absorption of agrarian enterprises, inlaid financial and financial resources and having a special purpose tasks.
