Приведено определение понятий «недвижимость», «управление недвижимостью»; рассмотрены виды услуг, которые включает система управления недвижимостью в Европе; исследованы подсистемы объектов управления с предоставлением их ключевых характеристик; сформированы направления целевого воздействия теории управления недвижимостью; дано трактование общих и специфических функций рынка недвижимости.

The article provides the definitions of concepts “property”, “property management”; examines the types of services that are included into the system of property management in Europe; investigates the subsystems of objects under management providing their key characteristics; shows the directions of target impact of the theory of property management; gives the interpretations of general and specific functions the real estate market; defines the land base of the property; characterizes the main directions of the process of real estate management; investigates accumulated potential in the knowledge system of property management in Ukraine. In conditions of market relations property management is a complex integrated system to meet the needs in a particular form of real estate. By virtue of a certain specificity of formation and development of the real estate market should be understood and systematically explored its features and characteristics crucial to the implementation of managerial influence. The author describes the most important features of the real estate market, taking into account the characteristics of the transformation of Ukraine’s economy, considers the most striking manifestations of property management in a complex and competitive market environment, characterizes by the common goal of real estate management, the most popular in terms of transformation of our economy, investigates a number of basic principles and preconditions for the development of knowledge on real estate management. The article defines the development of basic scientific knowledge on property management in the conditions of transformation of Ukraine's economy and its various regions as a logical evolution process management in all itsvariety. The author determines the value and place of real estate development in the modern market economy, namely its stimulating effect on all vital processes and functions such as the development of an economic complex, social security. That is, the real estate market is the center of the market environment, its catalyst and stabilizer. Scientific knowledge on property management in all key areas - theoretical, methodological, and practical - provides rapidly the preconditions for the development and progress of a scientific thought. The article generates a promising trend in the development of scientific knowledge, namely, new principles and forms of management, social and cultural control technology, justification of innovative business processes and information needs.
