dc.description.abstract |
Results on growth of Y₃Al₅O₁₂ (YAG) crystals by the Czochralski method in Mo crucibles in reducing and oxidizing atmosphere are presented. The ways to improve the growth technology for obtaining of high quality crystals are determined. The factors providing reduction of absorption in UV-band are discussed, as well as post-growth annealing regimes aimed at elimination of these absorption bands. |
